Website & Web Application Maintenance

Websites are (almost) like cars. They require regular maintenance and upkeep to operate in peak condition. They need to be tuned regularly; content needs to be updated or changed and old or outdated material may need to be revalidated or replaced. New pages may need to be added. Old pages may need to be removed or relocated to other areas of the website. Additional content may need to be added. Here is a look at our website maintenance & update options.

Website Maintenance With a Twist

Do you have a website that needs maintenance? Let us know so we can evaluate your website and figure out the most cost-effective maintenance plan your website. We provide 3 website maintenance options for maximum flexibility. All our website maintenance options are designed to allow you to request ongoing updates to your website.

Ongoing Updates

The ongoing update option is best for regularly scheduled updates and website maintenance, such as content updates, blog posting, article publishing, content marketing, social updates and such. You opt for 20, 40 or 80 hours per month at significantly discounted rates.

Planned Updates

This update option is best for website maintenance that covers several planned updates such as adding, deleting or updating web pages, adding new functionality, updating content, restructuring the website, updating backend technology and such.

On-Demand Updates

On-demand updates are for unplanned maintenance and generally work best for one-time or emergency updates. We come up with an estimate for the time required to do the work, submit to you for approval and then get the work done upon receiving your go-ahead.

Ongoing or Scheduled Updates

The ongoing update option is best for regularly scheduled updates and maintenance, such as content updates, blog posting, article publishing, content marketing, social updates and such. You opt for 20, 40 or 80 hours per month at significantly discounted rates.

All monthly blocks are pre-paid. We suggest automated billing to a credit card on file. If paying by check, invoices are issued approximately 2 weeks before the “start” date of the bucket each month. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, preferably on or before the “anniversary” date of the bucket.

Hours do not roll over from month to month. This is best for ongoing regular updates. We ask for a minimum 3-month commitment. Breakdown of hours provided each month.

Planned Updates

This option is good for planned website maintenance that covers several updates over a specific period of time such as adding, deleting or updating web pages, adding new functionality, updating content, restructuring the website, updating backend technology and such.

Based on your requirements, we determine the number of hours required for your updates and start work after we get the go ahead. No approval is needed for each specific task. Each block is valid for a specific amount of time. Breakdown of hours provided each month.

Please note that unused hours do not roll over, however, we do also offer a top-up block of 10 hours to extend the duration of a previously purchased block by 30 days. For example, if you have 10 hours remaining in your 80-hour block and the block expires soon and additional updates are still pending, you can extend the block by 30 days. Simply purchase a top-up block of 10 hours at the same hourly rate as your original block.

Do You Have Questions about Website Maintenance?

We are Here to Help.

On-Demand Updates

On-demand website maintenance is best for requests where you need infrequent updates made to your website. You tell us what you want, we evaluate your website, come up with an estimate to do the work and submit that to you for approval. Once you give us the go-ahead, we get the work done on a development website, and ask you to review and move the changes to your live website upon approval of the work.
